Yep. I think we've all been there! Try this. Take a step back and really get scientific about it. What specifically sounds weak? The initial transient? If so, probably too much or too fast compression or saturation. If the tail feels weak, is it getting covered up with other frequencies? Is the compression release too slow? Is the compression threshold too low achieving too much compression? Get granular with your analysis. Take it back to the basics. Remove your processing and listen to what very specific moves do to the feel of the 808. Sometimes less processing is more powerful. Hope that helps. Let me know how you get along!

Great question! Okay to clarify... it is always a multitasking audio interface. You do not have to enable that. The only thing you have to enable is daw control mode which then changes the transport buttons and the faders to control your DAW and not the mixer levels. Speaker outputs always are outputs. So depending on what you're trying to accomplish, you may not need it in daw control mode. For example, if you're recording a service and wanting to multitrack in your band, you can set up the inputs on each track in your daw to correspond to each channel coming into the M12. Then if this is your FOH board, you can use the M12 just as you would with any other mixer to mix the house speakers. The tracks in the daw would get recorded pre-fader and you can then mix those tracks after the fact. No daw control needed. Does that make sense? Does that answer your question? Happy to help!

Great question! I honestly haven't messed with this since the original video. So I don't have any specific answer. Theoretically it all should work with some adjusting of settings. Especially if you have a powerful computer. Sorry I don't have a more helpful answer. I simply haven't gone back to this setup.

I don't know if there is one or not, but that's something that should exist for sure! I had not heard that with the mics! I wonder if it just adds some "room" sound or something else.

Off the top of my head I do not. I haven't ever had a need to do a reset on it. What problem is yours having?

Yes. Initialize is the card I believe. You could reinstall/update the firmware. That would effectively be the same thing as a reset.

Absolutely! Supermassive just has some extra modulation and tail control that makes it really fun to work with. You are correct though, reverb tail is attainable with most adjustable reverb.

Sometimes monitoring in mono can help identify problem areas in a mix. Also it's good to consider that the end listener may only hear the mix from a mono source- thus we would want to make sure our mix does t fall apart if only heard in mono. Hope that helps!!

Pretty much the same! Just adjust for any differences in models on that unit.

I am not sure it actually shows the battery anywhere. But I could be wrong on that. I have to admit don't ever use it with batteries!

Yes, you can save and rename. You have a total of 50 patches, 10 blank, and 40 preset by the factory, but any of those can be changed, customized, moved, copied…there is nothing this pedal can’t do!

I unscrewed the PCB to get to the top of it and just used some flush side cutters and clipped them off. They are very easy to remove. Hope that helps!

from how i understand it the amp & cab sim is if you're sending your signal out to speakers or like a PA system, if you have a combo amp already then that already has an amp and speakers so you don't need to put an amp on your pedal
